Huizen is good destination for river cruises. 

Moor at the well-equipped landing stage in het Nautical Quarter; a picturesque village in het same style as those of the former Zuiderzee villages. There is a hotel as well as various restaurants and cafés with waterside terraces, a botter yard and a marina. Port office is nearby: Havenstraat 302 Huizen. 

Huizen is het perfect base for exploring many historical and tourist attractions in the region. Amsterdam en Utrecht are easy to reach from Huizen by coach.
